About me

My name is Dr. Lisa Warbrick and Iā€™m a naturopathic physician licensed in Oregon and Washington. I graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland in 2021, where I received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Integrative Mental Health. My naturopathic medical education included training in physiology, biochemistry and clinical diagnosis, as well as both conventional and complementary treatment modalities. My integrative mental health training included instruction on developmental psychology, psychiatric diagnosis, counseling and both conventional and holistic treatment approaches. During my time at NUNM, I also completed a clinical internship which focused on both naturopathic primary care and integrative mental health care.  I completed my undergraduate studies at Eugene Lang College in New York City, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts. I grew up in the coastal town of Torquay, Australia and I currently reside in Portland, Oregon.

My practice

I believe in holistic healthcare and that mind and body heal in concert. I see that all physical health issues have a mental-emotional element and that mental health issues always have a physical component. So, I aspire to help patients move toward overall wellness by taking their full being into account.

Some of the therapeutic tools I use include:

  • Nutrition

  • Lifestyle recommendations

  • Botanical medicine

  • Nutraceuticals

  • Homeopathy

  • Flower essences

  • Hydrotherapy

  • Integrative psychopharmacology

  • Mindfulness techniques

  • Supportive counseling

Some physical and mental health conditions I treat include:

  • Digestive issues

  • Endocrine issues

  • Inflammatory conditions

  • Fatigue

  • Insomnia

  • Concentration difficulties

  • Anxiety

  • Mood instability

  • Depression

  • Post-traumatic stress

  • Burnout

The conditions I treat often involve dysregulation of the nervous system, so I utilize a gentle approach that seeks to move patients toward nervous system balance.

I provide my patients with a compassionate environment where their individual needs and concerns are addressed. I help patients identify barriers that may be in the way of their wellness and assist them in removing these obstacles, so that they can become the healthiest version of themselves. I acknowledge that life can be stressful, and healing can take time, so I want to provide support and encouragement along the way. If you are struggling with a mental or physical health issue and are looking for a caring and comprehensive approach to healing, please consider scheduling an appointment with me. Wishing you good health!
